Join our adults general classes to learn some great new skills while getting fit.
Training in a group can be beneficial on a number of levels. The reality of today’s society is that you are more likely to be attacked by multiple people than by a single offender in a confrontation. Dealing with multiple attackers is a key element of Krav Maga that we practice constantly.
Group training also enables us to understand how people of different body types, heights, weights and abilities move and react. Another benefit of group training is the camaraderie, encouragement and support of a team helping each other to achieve their goals.
Kids Classes
The KMG Krav Junior program provides children with practical skills to handle violence and inappropriate behaviour directed at them from other children, as well as adults.
In addition to developing physical skills and fitness, our Kids Krav Maga classes aim to promote awareness, confidence and discipline while having fun at the same time.
Kids Krav is suitable for children aged 6 to 13 years. Classes run for 45 minutes, once a week, for 9 weeks over a school term.


Private Lessons
Private lessons are the quickest path to real results! There’s no doubt about it! Each lesson is tailored to suit your needs, to help you achieve your goals, and optimising what you get from your lesson.
One on one time with your instructor ensures you are always learning correctly and safely. Feedback is immediate and constructive, and you will be elevated to a new level of ability and achievement each time. Your progress will be quick and measurable.
We understand that your time is valuable, so the training can be conducted at a time and location that suits you.
Womens Self-Defence

Kettlebells are a fantastic tool to enhance strength, mobility and overall fitness. We follow the StrongFirst Kettlebell system and teach you how to use kettlebells safely and correctly. In their own right kettlebells are amazing for developing strength and improving movement. Training with kettlebells can also complement and add to the success of your Krav Maga training.
Workplace & Specialised
If your occupation or workplace requires defensive tactics or conflict resolution, we can provide customised training to suit your needs. Specific topics, themes and situations can be explored. The training we provide can be as hands on or theoretical as you require, although we must emphasise the importance of understanding the practical application of theory.
We can also provide team building sessions. Training can be tailored to build camaraderie and teamwork for your group while also learning practical skills in a fun, engaging and learning environment.
